The celebrations of our lives include memories of the way we were and making memories. It's birthdays and births. Engagements and weddings. New careers and buying that first car or house. Passings: (Uncle) Ruben Trejo, Jan. 7, 1937-July 19, 2009. Noted Mexican-American Artist who worked in sculpture, mixed-media, drawing & painting. His work is in the permanent collections of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, National Hispanic Cultural Center in Albuquerque New Mexico and the National Museum of Mexican Art in Chicago.
